Two standard-cab Volvo FH variants became the latest models to receive the highest Euro NCAP truck safety rating. The result highlights technologies designed to prevent collisions, protect drivers and other road users, and assist in responding to accidents.
Following the first two rounds of Euro NCAP truck assessments, every Volvo model tested had received the maximum score. The five-star list then included the Volvo FM 4×2 tractor, FM 6×2 rigid, FH 4×2 tractor, FH 6×2 rigid, FH Aero 4×2 tractor and FH Aero 6×2 rigid.
